MK Pole Fitness and Aerial Exercise offers aerial silks as an exciting new way to learn new skills and keep fit with group and one-to-one classes available.

Aerial silks is a length of strong safe material and is suspended from the ceiling enabling you to perform tricks and exercises of many kinds and all in a controlled and safe environment.

Beginner or experienced.

You don't need to be an Olympic gymnast or have any experience, you can learn tricks and exercises no matter what your level, build confidence and get fit whilst having fun and toning up.

Learn the beautiful art of aerial silks. Mk pole fitness and aerial exercise is proud to introduce this Aerial sport. The first of its kind in Milton Keynes and concentrates on activating core muscles for strength and stability, as well as improving co-ordination and flexibility.

You can progress from beginner to any level whilst improving your fitness.

A 1hr class will make you ache for sure. On a one to one or small group basis (max of 4plp), all this and you can burn up to 500 calories per session at the same time as toning muscle groups, building strength and improving cardiovascular response.

Aerial trapeze consists of a steel bar between 2 lengths of rope and is suspended from the ceiling enabling you to perform tricks and exercises of many kinds and all in a controlled and safe environment.

Performed regularly you can expect to significantly improve your core strength and overall muscle definition and tone, being inverted as in most aerial exercises is very similar in many ways to doing tons of sit-ups and as you are inverted then you can expect great stomach muscle tone.
