What to Expect from a GROUP Pole Fitness Lesson?
This is an hour and a half workout with two instructors. Maximum of 3 students per pole. Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.

- All instructors have been trained by Hannah Taylor for a number of years to a very high standard and have been trained in all there is to know about pole for fitness.

Also once a month the Tuesday class is taken over with DANCE fever…time to bring along and wear your dancing shoes to learn how to put together a routine together with lights & music.
