1-2-1 / SMALL GROUP SESSIONS with Hannah Taylor in a Private Purpose Built Fitness Studio

Private 1-2-1 sessions or small groups (max four people)

  • No sky high shoes or short skirts are found here!  Fitness/sports wear only.
  • Enhances confidence.  Offers more in-depth & detailed learning to excel at pole work.  Allows skills to be taken to a higher more advances level.
  • Fully qualified level two fitness instructor, ETM level two and vertical dance qualified
  • Free Parking at Venue
  • £15 per person (1 ¼ hour lesson) First lesson ONLY £10

What to Expect from a 1-2-1 Pole Fitness Lesson?

This involves a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor and your own pole to use which ensures you get the maximum benefit from your time with us.  Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.

Saturdays (morning/afternoon)
10:30am-3pm

What to Expect from a SMALL GROUP Pole Fitness Lesson?

Small group lessons hold a maximum of 4 people with the use of 2 poles and is a one hour and fifteen minute workout with your own personal instructor.  Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.
