What to Expect from a 1-2-1 Pole Fitness Lesson?
This involves a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor and your own pole to use which ensures you get the maximum benefit from your time with us. Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.

Monday to Friday (morning/afternoon/evening appointments) 9am -8:15pm
Saturdays (morning/afternoon) 10:30am-3pm

What to Expect from a SMALL GROUP Pole Fitness Lesson?
Small group lessons hold a maximum of 4 people with the use of 2 poles and is a one hour and fifteen minute workout with your own personal instructor. Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.
