AERIAL HOOP AND SILKS......
Now you can learn the beautiful art of aerial hoop and silk at the same time as getting fit and feeling confident. Mk pole fitness is proud to introduce Aerial sport. The first of its kind in Milton keynes, and concentrates on activating core muscles for balance and stability, as well as improving co-ordination and flexibility. All this and you can burn up to 500 calories per session at the same time.

An 1hr and 15min class that will make you ache for sure. On a one to one or small group basis (max of 4plp), where you will learn the various ways to mount the hoop and poses using the hoop. You can also learn the beautiful art of silk, how to climb, perform foot locks, poses, invents and roll outs.
